New Account Opening Order: CAD$500, US$400 for US Retailers
Established Account Reorder: CAD$400, US$350 for US Retailers
We reserve the right to cancel under-minimum orders. Any under-minimum order that is processed will be charged a US$15 shipping and handling fee.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards on this website.
Invoices are payable Net 30 days from date of shipping for customers with approved credit.
We also do Prepaid.
There will be a 2% service charge per month on past due invoices.
Collections expenses and or attorney’s fees will be added on an invoice where applicable.
To establish credit, provide names of four suppliers with whom you have had an active open account for one year or more, in addition to your bank of business and account numbers with your credit application.
For faster shipping we suggest you place your first order with prepay while we establish credit for your future orders.
All orders are shipped F.O.B. Toronto, Canada.
Large quantity order please contact our team (firstname.lastname@example.org) first and could arrange F.O.B China ports.
Drop-ship programs are US$4.00 per carton for shipping and handling.
There is a 15% restocking fee for items returned for exchange. To implement the program, please call our Customer Service email@example.com for a return authorization form and to place your exchange order. Credit for returned items will be applied to exchange order once the return is received. Exchange policy does not apply to damaged merchandise. There is a $25 fee for returned (NSF) checks.
Nexten Pro Inc. shall not be liable for consequential indirect or incidental damages, nor for any amount in excess of the price of the shipment involved under any part of this agreement. Nexten Pro Inc. does not assume responsibility for usage.
